Essential Concierge Package
A local expert Travel Planner to offer advice and to create detailed, bespoke itineraries. This typically starts 3-4 months before your stay and the process closes 6 weeks before travelling.
You will be provided access to the Essenza Travel App with live updates and notifications and this will have all details required to manage your itinerary once arrived.
Light concierge assistance is provided during stay for queries and any problems. This includes a phone call on arrival from the local Essenza Concierge. The local Concierge will also reconfirm arrangements with all suppliers, send reminders to guests, adjust participant numbers and if instructed, cancel services. Response time during your stay is within hours, max 24 hours.
Included in the rate for our Essential package are: Maid service 5 days a week; Welcome bag full of essentials; Drinks and snacks on arrival; Essenza Travel App; Essential Travel Planning and Concierge Service
Classic Concierge Services
A local expert Travel Planner to offer advice and to create detailed, bespoke itineraries. This typically starts 3-4 months before your stay and the process closes 3 weeks before travelling. Your dedicated Travel Planner is available for up to two Zoom trip planning sessions.
You will be provided access to the Essenza Travel App with live updates and notifications.
Extensive Concierge assistance during your stay. This includes a meeting on arrival from the locally based Essenza Concierge. The Concierge will run through your plans with you, reconfirm arrangements with all suppliers, send reminders to guests and book any additional services required including restaurants. Response time during your stay is usually within 2 hours, max 12 hours.
Included in the rate for our Classic package are: as Essential with the addition of Zoom consultation for itinerary planning, Mid-week linen and towel change; Dinner provisions on arrival; Classic Travel Planning & Concierge Service
Premium Concierge Services
A local expert Travel Planner to offer advice and to create detailed, bespoke itineraries.. This typically starts 3-4 months before your stay and process closes 1 week before travelling. Your dedicated Travel Planner is available for up to two Zoom trip planning sessions.
You will be provided access to the Essenza Travel App with live updates and notifications.
You will be assigned a dedicated Essenza Host who will be with you daily during your stay and will respond to you within minutes. The Host knows the region intimately and is responsible for ensuring the itinerary is refined each day to meet changing needs, co-ordinating all other service suppliers including chefs, villa management teams, housekeeping, drivers and private guides. Your Host will book additional services and restaurants and where possible facilitate a speedier entrance to restaurants and public places.
The Essenza Host will also arrange for extra provisions where necessary (wine, drinks, snacks, essential items) acting as your Personal Assistant for the duration of your stay.
Included in the rate for our Premium package are: as Classic with the addition of Daily attendance from your dedicated Essenza Host; Airport fast track; Daily American breakfast; A case of 6 bottles of local wine; 1-hour photographic session at the property; Premium Travel Planning & Concierge Service.
